Borrowed renderstyle from Jubt, at least it is an attempt. My apologizes for not posting more, but a lot of things happend recently. Some good and some bad, well it's life I gues!

Patrick strikes back

Well, I'm kind of really dreaming of a job there. So time to show some of my visions of what patrick could be in the future. I am planning on doing more for this brand to give a better vision!!

Notice the flying 2 stripes on the side, the Patrick namebadge which interacts more with the laces and not to forget the supportive heel which gives the whole shoe a more ' eyecandy' futuristic feel.

hummel football shoe ( part 2)

Well, I found a bit of time to render the boot up, so here is it! Yea, I applied some strange colors on it, but they refer to my homecountry Belgium!!

From a to b! I normally dont do that much illustrator stuff, but here you see the 2 next to each other. First the sketch below and than the clean line drawing which was derived from the sketch. If I find some time i will maybe render it up! Grtz J

Jobless again!!!! Get me a job!!

Yeps!! I am jobless again!! I was working in an industrial design studio in Antwerp, but unfortunately they had to fire me cause there were not enough projects at the present time! So, it's back to jobhunting again for me !!! Yea yea, we could blame crisis but I tend to look at this positive! It is time for me to move on and search a new adventure!!

So, to everyone reading this: If you got a job for me in ID, shoe design or transportation design, dont hesitate to contact me! And yes, I am willing to relocate myself!!

Oh, in the excitement, i forgot to mention the Hummel sketches! I tried to combine well dressed with casual looks and I eplored several ways how to incorporate the logo's on the shoes!! Off to jobhunting again!! Ciaoo!

Adidas soccer shoe sketch day!!

Too much to do and too less time! Looks like I'm on schedule as always! Somehow I got it in my head today to sketch shoes all day. Here's the adidas part of it! ( And yea I know, a bit of color once in a while wouldn't hurt! But I could not be asked today to render!!)

RBK 4 Miami!

I wanted to create a crossover between a basketballshoe and a crosstrainingshoe here. Kind of crazy formlanguage with almost zero logos on it, to let the form speak for itself. Major contradiction with the ' Miami beach' inspired colors which were a huge hit early nineties!

Adidas shoe sketch!

Still updating the portfolio in the little homecountry called Belgium! Here's another sneaker I sketched, only the red was in my photoshop a lot brighter, but somehow when you put it on the web it gets darker. Anyhow, nothing to worry about!! My goal was to combine a traditional sneaker with a more sophisticated sole and heel. Oh, and certainly not to forget, some more very important superfical info : it looks like summer's definitely gone here!! Rain, rain and rain again!!

Shoe sketches !!!

Yes, it was time to sketch some shoes again! I know, they look a bit conventional and not really anything new under the sun, but be patient, I am working on more advanced stuff!!! By the way, the sketches are byro, marker and lighter fluid of course!!!!

Yeah, I am a bit addicted to Puma, should maybe sketch some other brands as well, I know! Not much news from the Shanghai side, maybe I should just mention the weather got better again here, the thermometer hit 15 degrees yesterday! Ohh, yess!

More Sketches

Yes, it was about time that I put something on here again! Well, I survived Christmas and New Year, I had some smashing parties so I cannot complain at all! Maybe a good thing there were no cameras! Anyway things are still the same here, still as random as can be! I walked the other day into a shop to buy some food and they were selling turtles and frogs, it gave me the creeps! Very sad to see these animals there, they were so packed in there box they couldn't even move!

Anyway on the other hand a few days ago we had an other schumi taxidriver! Driving half the time on the left side ignoring some red lights here and there, very exciting I can tell you! And it saves you definately time! If you wanne move in the traffic here, you have to drive like a maniac!! Oh, yes i added some sketches as well, haha!

Hahaa, yes I wish i could play soccer again! Maybe not in these flashy colors, but hey, I cannot always apply black and white shading! Anyway I did this one very fast, training to get more speed into the job here!
